Refund Policy

AfroDigital operates a 14 Day Risk Free Refund Policy on new web-hosting signups by new customers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your AfroDigital Web Hosting package you have the right to a full refund (excluding any Set Up Fees, SSL Certificates, Dedicated IP Addresses, Domain Name Registration Fees and / or Overages).

How to claim

To claim your refund, please raise a support ticket within the first 14 days of your contract.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your ticket. We issue refunds by the same method of original payment only.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact our Billing Team. You can email us at any time using billing@afrodigital.uk or you can submit a ticket.

Exceptions

Set Up Fees can only be refunded in the following circumstances:

  • For Dedicated Servers prior to the server being built
  • For Web Hosting packages prior to activation of the account, or if the Domain Name requested could not be registered.

Exclusions

  • Refunds are available to new customers on new signups only.
  • Refunds are not available for web design services.
  • Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other AfroDigital services.
  • Web Design, Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media Consultancy and other non Web Hosting related services are excluded from our refund policy.
  • Auto Renewal of AfroDigital services is also excluded from this policy. Please refer to the AfroDigital Auto Renewal Policy for further details.
  • Under no circumstances will AfroDigital allow a transfer of funds between accounts.
  • Refunds will not be given if any other AfroDigital Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened.
